IR Proximity Sensor Module
The IR Proximity Sensor Module is a compact and easy-to-use sensor designed to detect nearby objects using infrared light. It features an IR transmitter LED and receiver diode that work together to detect reflected infrared light from objects.
When an object comes within the sensor’s detection range, the emitted infrared light reflects from its surface and is detected by the receiver. The signal is then processed by an onboard comparator circuit, which provides a digital output that can be connected to a microcontroller, Arduino, relay module, or other electronic circuits.
The onboard adjustable potentiometer allows you to easily adjust the sensor’s detection sensitivity according to your application.
