Order Shipped To India Address:
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another color, or a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 10 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Before issuing a return of the product you’ve received is damaged, you must record a video while unpacking the package for us to make sure you’ve received a damaged product.
We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, bags and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India.
International Returns
We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. Before issuing a return of the product you’ve received is damaged, you must record a video while unpacking the package for us to make sure you’ve received a damaged product. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at support@thegillshop.in within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.
Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
